Jane and Terry Lowe live on CR137 north of 250(Lake Jeffrey) and have frontage on both paved roads. The 250 side of their double property is being transformed into a mini park, most pleasurably so. Seasonal decorations are centered around the front yard gazebo covered over with morning glory vines that almost hide the big blue butterfly. A white bicycle festooned with a patriotic bunting just rode in and is parked behind the three lawn chairs, one red, one white and one blue.
