Jane and Bruce Campbell have decided to move to Sebastian, This will be a huge loss for our hometown and all I can say is lucky Sebastian folks.

There are 13.2 acres with an open barn and a pond.
The well is a irrigation well that we had downsized. We have the house, barn, and faucets all around the yard. We had my parents mobile home hook-up but when we put the well house up Bruce unhooked it since the house was moved. There is still a septic tank and power pole there.
Our house is 1760 sq. feet. It has 3 large bedrooms, Master bath has "garden tub" and large shower. Second bath has over sized shower no tub. There is a nice size dining room and kitchen and wide open living room and great room. There is a deck front and back.
There are some shrubs, apple trees, pear trees, pines and some live oaks, mostly pasture. It is partly fenced with "barbless" wire and one strand of electric.
The barn is open. It has four stalls separated,plus, one wash and grooming area , one used for bedding and one closed for feed room. Could be made into 10 stalls.
The rest we use for storage of golf cart, and lawn mower. Also, Bruce has a small area for tools and work area.
I can't think what else might be of interest
Price: waiting for an estimate, but would consider reasonable offers..
