The life size cross in front of Wellborn United Methodist Church on CR 137 is covered with flowers on Easter morning each year. It happens between the Son Rise service in Wellborn Community Park and the morning worship in all our churches at 11 A.M.
To all ye who pass by it proclaims that the cross is now a thing of wondrous beauty because of Christ's victory over death, even his own horrendous death on a cross.
Some thought that this years cross transformation was THE BEST EVER
This is a beautiful tradition in our hometown.
