Wendell Snowden saw opportunity to sit down to pancakes himself! He does the maitre d' role which can be full time. no breakfast. :-(
Kitchen crew were Beanie Brooks behind the counter and her annual springtime house guest from Massachusets, Pat Smith, helping out again. Maso Martin flips the cakes at the stove. Charles Osgood was checking the equipment. The smiley pancake batter mixer is Arleen Cheetham. The front desk was staffed by expert welcomer Bobbi Fenderson who is showing the system of money handling to Diane Bragg. Two "g's in that name explains her husband mean double good. Bobbi was extra grateful for the good attendance this month. It made up for a bummer start of the day. A sweaty syrup jug slipped thru fingers and landed on the floor making a mess to cleanup PDQ. Ugh
