The WNW had it's meeting tonight the 28th. The guest speaker starting the year was Sheriff Tony Cameron who gave an interesting talk about what has happened in the last few months and also how his department spent some of the stimulas money that was given to the county. We now have new "Command Center" that can be moved from place to place as needed.
There is also an "armoured vehicle.

Both of them can be seen at one of our meetings in the next few months.
I will make sure that it is posted either at the post office or the Whisper.

I would love to have some phone calls or emails from the community about who they would be interested in hearing.

We will be setting up a schedule for having The CPR class again.
It will be in April and will be a SATURDAY which will be one class from approx. 8AM to 4PM with time for a lunch break and 2 THURSDAY evenings from approx. 5 PM to 9PM.
I really need to get the scheduling done so I would appreciate a phone call or email in the next 2 weeks. There will be 10 people per class and I am sure that it will fill up quickly.
These classes are certified classes, so if you need to re certify this would be way to go
These are free classes.

Our next meeting is February 25th at 7 PM. at the Blake Lowe Building.
Refreshments are served first, then the guest speaker and then the general meeting.
