(Left) Kids with empty Easter baskets felt like it took too long to get to 10:30 AM, the appointed time to hunt eggs. Krystal Williams (green shirt and plaid shorts) helped her grandfather, Wendell Snowden, with the "Get Ready, Get Set , GO.
Wendell explains the boundaries and rules for egg hunting and includes advice to be alert and aware of those pesky fire ants.
Some of the eggs had hidden treasures inside them. Clayton's family rejoiced with him when he discovered he had found a $10 dollar egg.
