Wendell Snowden helps blogger Jinny to catchup
His e-mail reads:
The WCA once again had a successful pancake breakfast on November 1 . Head count was 60 adults and 7 children. We were blessed and I should add that the blessing came all at once with the arrival of 22 really nice & friendly folks who are motor home travelers. They all enjoyed their blueberry pancakes , spent a lot of time chatting , thanked us and remarked about how they enjoyed the visit. Workers were Walter Russell, main chef, assisted by Wanda, and Jack and Cathy Allred. Be sure to join us at the Community building.
We are always there on the first Saturday of each month.
PS The Halloween evening went well and we have pictures to prove it. I have not downloaded yet, but will in the next few days.
PPS What a wonderful family the Wilsons are and what a wonderful man Jack Wilson was.
We knew that but not to the extent that was evident at his funeral service, November 1,'08
