Bobbi Fenderson was the sparkling meet and greet gal & ticket handler at the May Blueberry Pancake Breakfast Saturday May 3, 2008. Her kind of welcome was a blessing for all us breakfasters..
After a cheery greeting Bobbi nudged my neighbor Dale Barrett that he had not yet reserved a space for himself and his elegant blonde show horse for the Blueberry Festival Parade one month from now. Dale explained that he surely hopes to feel well enuff to be there again this year.
Bobbi tells that the Friezian Horse enthusiasts had an Event in Ocala which she chaired in April. The organization has gone from a handful of friends to seventy participants. The Friezian Event was highly successful so now she can turn her attention to the WCA Blueberry Event. Everyone gears up now for a final month of preparation for another success, June 6 & 7.
