Wellborn Community Association Blueberry Festival 2014 happened the first weekend in June and was highly successful from all reports.  Pictured here is the Wellborn United Methodist float ready to roll from the assembling place, the church back yard, to the designated starting place, CR138 and US 90. Theme was "Together We Can" and was carried out with signs and costumes representing us Methodists and what we are about.  Imagine our joy over being awarded first prize of $100!
Inside the Fellowship Hall the Book and Bake Sale was bigger and better than ever and the monetary successes of the day totaled $1000, plus lots of good will. :-)
