See you there
I wanted to let you know that the Southern Gospel singing group, The Nelons (featured on the Gaither Homecoming Series), will be singing at Live Oak Church of God in Live Oak, Florida, on December 5, at 6:30 p.m. No tickets are needed. A love offering will be taken. Please come join us for a wonderful evening of Southern Gospel music! And pass the information along to others you know! Thank you!

WE did GATHER TOGETHER and did thank the Lord on the Monday before Thanksgiving. Methodist Pastor Jim Messer enjoys monthly meetings with the Suwannee County Pastor's Prayer Fellowship who sponsored this community Thanksgiving service. What a wonderful reminder to be thankful that we ARE one in Christ! I was especially grateful that the the offering made possible a $300 check to LOVE INC and another $300 to the Christian Alliance, both of whom are devoted, just like Jesus, to the care of needy folks here.

Saturday before Thanksgiving Wellborn Community Association invites all Wellborn residents to Thanksgiving dinner. Its a nice tradition with the option to eat in or take out. I was #69 on the eat in folks and did enjoy the camaraderie. Kelcey and Jean McBreairty helped me list the names of volunteer workers, WCA members, who make this happen one more time: Kelcey herself, Linda Dye, Beanie and Wayne Brooks, Bobbi Fenderson, Pat and Jim Bezaire, Kathie Snowden, Jackie Slaughter and Maso Martin

November's Blueberry Pancake Breakfast volunteers were Maso at the grill, Rob Dawson assisting, Dee Burt, Pearl Turner, Arleen Cheetham and Jan Pearce taking turns at mixing the batter and serving the customers. Jan Pearce added a Reporters Helper hat to her Breakfast volunteering. She explains how cone the parking lot sported classy looking antique collector cars that attracted lookers. It was A CRUZ IN BREAKFAST. Wendell Snowden, Peter Kaptain, Phil and Ann Soliz and Bill Knotts cruised in to meet other car enthusiasts for breakfast and graciously shared their hobby. Kelcy Brearity welcomed everyone and issued the ticket entitlement to a pancakes, sausage juice, coffee meal amongst friends. Ron Chapell at the keyboard added pleasant music to the ambiance.
